At Labour and Love, each order is mindfully packed with the same care and attention we pour into everything we create. We aim to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully, ready to be part of your journey.
Processing Time
All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
Please note that during busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.

Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

Rural delivery: Please allow an extra 1–3 days
Birth pool hire kits and other oversized packages are shipped via tracked courier and may take slightly longer due to their size and handling.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $100 NZD

Standard flat rate applies to orders under this threshold, with the exception of oversized packages.
Local Pickup (Mangawhai)
If you’re local to Mangawhai, we’re happy to arrange a pickup. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll be in touch to confirm collection details.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand. If you’re outside NZ and interested in our products, please reach out — we’d love to see how we can help.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@labourandlove.co.nz with your order number. We’ll do our best to locate your package or replace any items that have been damaged in transit.
Birth Pool Hire Returns
Full return instructions are included with each hire kit. Please ensure items are returned by the agreed hire end date to avoid additional charges. Return shipping labels are provided for your convenience.
