At Labour and Love, we take great care in curating our products to support your sacred

journey. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Terms of Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Sealed hygiene products must remain unopened for return eligibility.

2. Reasons for Return

We accept returns if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You received a product you did not order

We do not offer returns for:

• Change of mind
• Opened or used personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or made-to-order items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

• Clear photo(s) of the item, if applicable

3. We’ll respond within 2 business days to guide you through the process.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7
• business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
