Order help

For questions about an existing order, please include your order number when you write — you'll find this in your order confirmation email. We can help with shipping updates, exchanges for damaged or incorrect items, and any product questions.

Birth pool hire support

Every birth pool hire comes with personal support from setup through to birth. If you're mid-hire and need urgent help, please text 021 0832 4767 and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
